Instead of becoming upset about your daily activities; try calming down and taking some time for yourself to meditate and even possibly yoga. These are some great ways to reduce stress in your life.
2. Drink More Water: While we all know that water helps us digest our food and get rid of waste; it is also responsible for providing you with clear smooth skin.
3. Exfoliate: While most men and women never take the time to exfoliate their skin; this is a great way to eliminate any dead skin cells from your body. You should try to exfoliate at least once or twice a week.
4. Mild Cleanser: Try using a mild cleanser for your face instead of just soap. Most of the soaps that are purchased at your local retail store can have chemicals in them that can be harmful to the skin.
5. Never Pop Your Pimples: This one can be difficult for most people because the first thing they want to do is get rid of their pimples. However if you begin popping the pimples then they can spread and look worse and that can lead to full blown out acne.

Even though we never know when you might wake up one morning and look in the mirror and see a pimple staring back.
